‘Today it is Claude Roy, the grandson of Fernand, the founder of the domaine, who is at the head of this 17ha property. His Chablis merits its inclusion for the freshness of its nose, with added spicy notes. The mouth is intense and well-balanced. To be drunk as an aperitif, accompanying gougères.
