Presentation
The Vaulorent is little known and researched by its rarity. It is fine and elegant. You will have a long finish. You need to consume it from its 5th anniversary, so you can keep 8-10 years without difficulty.
Food and wine
It is also excellent as an aperitif, with grilled fish, roast chicken, roast veal, a Bresse capon in cream, a Chablis andouillette, river fish (zander or pike). It goes well with all white meats, goat’s cheese and hard cheeses like Comté and Beaufort.
