Presentation
The Bougros is a fruity, full-bodied wine, very aromatic when mature. It has great length and persistence. An explosion of flavour. It is best to wait 5-6 years before trying it, and it will keep for 15-20 years. The perfect aperitif, accompanying gougères, goat’s cheese or comté.
Food and wine
As an aperitif paired with a classic Burgundy or for the more refined, scallops, duck breast, goat’s cheese with different condiments, and even with… foie gras.
