Our Petit Chablis are lively, with plenty of freshness, and very enjoyable. We think they are best drunk within 5 years, so their youthful qualities can be fully appreciated.
Food and wine
We like to drink these wines with cold meats, raclette, a fondue from the mountains or Burgundy, even a quiche…. With oysters, shell-fish, smoked salmon, mussels in white wine, all the pleasures of the sea. Grilled meats and barbeques are also ideally complimented by our Petit Chablis.
